Jul 20, 2017 Bluetooth mouse not working after updating to windows 1703 x64 in Drivers and Hardware Hi Guys, I updated my computer to windows 10 (1703) and my Bluetooth mouse does not connect. I have paired the mouse a number of times but still not working. After you upgrade your computer to Windows 10, if your Genius Camera Drivers are not working, you can fix the problem by updating the drivers. It is possible that your Camera driver is not compatible with the newer version of Windows. Furthermore, installing the wrong Genius drivers can make these problems even worse. Recommendation: If you are inexperienced with updating Genius device drivers manually, we highly recommend downloading the Genius Wireless Mouse Driver Utility. My P.C was updated last week to ver 1703. My Bluetooth mouse does not connect (Genius Nx 9000 BT) In the device manager there is yellow triangle next to the Bluetooth low energy GATT compliant HID device. I have uninstalled the Bluetooth device in the setting a number of times but still not working. I have tried the troubleshooting option but it does not work. Is there an updated driver.I'm having the same problem, same mouse and same windows version. Troubleshooting option didn't work either. I updated the Bluetooth drivers with no success. My laptop is an ASUS Q303UA with windows 10 home.

To help you with your concern, please provide us the following information:
Genius Ble Mouse Driver Windows 10
- Is the mouse connecting via a bluetooth dongle or via the system bluetooth?
- Have you checked with the manufacturer for any updated driver for the specific Windows update that you are using?
Alternatively, we suggest running the Windows Update troubleshooter as a there might be a file that becomes corrupted and caused the mouse to stop functioning. Here's the link to the troubleshooter to get you started.

I am connecting my mouse via system Bluetooth. I did email Genius to check if there were any updated but the indicated it was a Window 10 upgrade problem. (1703)
I have done all the troubleshooting options and still not working.
I have also uninstalled the Bluetooth mouse , still not working.
Hardware is Genius NX 9000 BT mouse.
When I pair the mouse after uninstalling, it indicated that the mouse is connected, but after a while it says there is a driver error.

After you upgrade your computer to Windows 10, if your Genius Mouse / Keyboard Drivers are not working, you can fix the problem by updating the drivers. It is possible that your Mouse / Keyboard driver is not compatible with the newer version of Windows.

You can scan for driver updates automatically with the FREE version of the Driver Update Utility for Genius, and complete all necessary driver updates using the premium version.
Tech Tip: The Driver Update Utility for Genius will back up your current drivers for you. If you encounter any problems while updating your drivers, you can use this feature to restore your previous drivers and configuration settings.
- Download the Driver Update Utility for Genius.
